KWACCIMA expresses optimism in IVTEC at reducing unemployment

The President of the KWARA State Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture, (KWACCIMA) Alhaji Ahmed Adeoye Raji has expressed optimism that the International Vocational And Technical Entrepreneurship center , Ajasse Ipo in KWARA state would reduce the rate of unemployment among youths in the state .

The president of the chamber stated this in Ilorin while reacting to the commissioning of the center recently by the Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo.

According to him, the chamber would join hands with the state government to ensure the success of the center to an enviable height and appealed to Kwarans particularly the youth to key into the project by becoming self reliant and self employed .

Alhaj Ahmed commended the forsight of the state government for establishing the Centre which according to him , if well managed, would churn out standard professionals who could even be recognized globally.

He urged the government to continue to embark on people's oriented projects to engage many youths in productive means.

Alhaji Ahmed noted that the center with the mission to provide technical and vocational skills would improve the business environment in the state which KWACCIMA ultimately keys into.
