We will defeat corruption like Boko Haram - Lai Mohammed

Date: 2016-01-28

The Nigerian Government has declared that it will defeat corruption the same way it has defeated Boko Haram.

Minister of Information, Lai Mohammed stated this yestersay during a meeting with Abuja media Bureau Chiefs.

According to him, corruption is now fighting back at President Muhammadu Buhari as critics now refer to him as a "budding dictator."

He condemned the official, who sponsored articles on the social and traditional media, condemning the administration of the fight against corruption, saying "no amount of attacks will stop the fight on corruption."

He also called on Nigerians not fall for the antics of the sponsored denunciation of the anti-graft war.

Mohammed recalled that even the United States acknowledges the administration's fight against corruption when the US secretary of state mentioned the campaign in his speech at this year's World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland.
