CCT adjourns Saraki's Case to Nov

CCB Vs Saraki: Tribunal adjourns for 2 weeks till appeal court rules. New date is 5th of November, 2015. Chairman of the Code of Conduct Tribunal, Mr Danladi Umar adjourns trial of Dr Saraki to 5th and 6th of November to enable the tribunal await the judgment of the Court of Appeal where Dr Bukola has challenged the jurisdiction of the tribunal to try him for alleged false declaration of assets. Mr Umar adds that the outcome of the Court of Appeal ruling will determine whether the matter will go or not.
