Kwara South APC hails Mohammed's clearance
Kwara South All Progressives Congress (APC), Lagos branch, has hailed the Senate for the honour of 'bow and go' given to Alhaji Lai Mohammed during his appearance.
The group in a statement in Lagos by its Chairman, Fattah Amolegbe; Publicity Secretary, Tayo Awodiji; Youth Leader, Adeniyi Olatayo and Chairman, Elders' Forum, Anifaloyin Adewara, said the honour given to Mohammed was appreciated by Kwara State indigenes.
It thanked lawmakers from the state led by Senate President Bukola Saraki for their roles in Mohammed's confirmation.
The body assured President Muhammadu Buhari and Nigerians that Mohammed would not betray the trust reposed in him.
It congratulated Mohammed on his appointment and wished him a successful tenure.
