Saraki's victory triumph of democracy -Kwara Speaker
The Victory of the Senate President Dr. Bukola Saraki at the election petition tribunal sitting in Ilorin, Kwara State capital, has been described as triumph of democracy.
The Speaker of the Kwara State House of Assembly, Dr Ali Ahmad, stated this in Ilorin while reacting to the judgment which upheld the victory of Saraki.
Ahmad, in a statement issued by his media aide, Abdul Rahman Sanni, said that the judgment has confirmed the doggedness of the Nigeria's judicial system as an independent and an unbiased umpire.
