Kwara To Generate Two Billion Naira Monthly

The Kwara State Governor, Abdulfatah Ahmed, has announced the resolve of the government to increase the Internally Generated Revenue to two billion naira monthly.

The Governor, while inspecting the ongoing buildings of the Kwara State Internal Revenue Service in Ilorin, noted that people should not be afraid of paying tax.

He explained that their taxes would not be increased but rather the loopholes of collection would be blocked to meet the target of two billion naira monthly.

While assuring residents of the capability to garner more than enough electronically, he stressed that the people would on the long run benefit as the funds would be used judiciously.
