Oladuntoye back on his feet

Date: 2014-05-08

Nigeria National League (NNL) side, Kwara United have confirmed their captain Isiaka Oladuntoye fit for their mid-week tie against Ranchers Bees, supersport.com can report.

Oladuntoye suffered a knock last week in training which made him not to play in Sunday's 2014 Kwara State Federation Cup final won by ABS.

Kwara United gaffer, Samson Unuanel confirmed the development to supersport.com stressing that he's happy to have Oladuntoye back in the squad.

"I miss him so much last Sunday, but I'm happy that he has been certified fit for our next game which is a must win for us.

"Our target this term in the National League is to return back to the Premier League and I'm sure that we would get it at the end of the season," Unuanel explained to supersport.com

The erstwhile Enyimba trainer also tendered an apology to Kwara United faithful who were livid for the Warriors' lost to ABS in last Sunday's Federation Cup final.

"Our fans are still angry with us for the defeat against ABS, but I would like to tender an apology for the loss and I promise that the team will bounce back subsequently smoothly," Unuanel added to supersport.com

Kwara United have garnered 21 points after 13 games played this term in the National League Group A, and the Afonja Warriors are currently occupying fourth position on the standings
