Ahmed to swear-in 3 commissioners

The Kwara State Governor, Alhaji Abdulfatah Ahmed will on Monday next week swear-in three newly-appointed commissioners. Those to be sworn-in are Alhaji Nurudeen Ademola Banu, Barrister Kamaldeen Ajibade and Alhaji Musa Abdullahi. The three appointees were cabinet members who were recently cleared by the Kwara State House of Assembly following their nomination by Governor Ahmed.

In a statement issued in Ilorin, Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Isiaka Gold said the swearing-in is scheduled to take place at the Government House Council Chambers at 10am and urged the nominees and their well-wishers to be seated by 9am. Alhaji Gold assured that Governor Ahmed will make further appointments once on-going screening and consultations are concluded.
