Moro LGA Leads Charge As Pro-Tinubu Group Deploys Volunteers For Party Registration
With only 24 hours remaining until the close of the All Progressives Congress (APC) nationwide e-registration exercise, the Asiwaju Grassroots Alliance Initiative (AGAIN) has ramped up its mobilisation efforts across Kwara State to ensure no prospective member is left behind.
The group, a registered pro-Tinubu organisation, has issued a final call to residents to complete their registration before the Friday, January 30 deadline. The founder of the group, Hussein Afolabi, described the exercise as a pivotal moment for consolidating support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's "Renewed Hope" agenda at the polling unit level.
To navigate the technical challenges and network issues that have plagued some registrants, Afolabi announced that AGAIN has established dedicated support hotlines. Additionally, a network of volunteers and coordinators has been deployed throughout the Moro Local Government Area and other parts of the state to provide hands-on assistance to applicants.
"A strong, inclusive, and active party membership is essential to sustaining the gains of the current administration," Afolabi stated. He emphasized that the group's mission is to deepen grassroots engagement by taking the registration drive directly to the people.
Afolabi further urged Kwara residents who value "progress, unity, and sustainable development" to take advantage of the remaining hours to register, noting that active political participation is the only way to influence the state's future.
