Kwara SUBEB Announces 2025 Promotion Exams For Teaching And Non-Teaching Staff
The Kwara State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) has released comprehensive guidelines and approved venues for the 2025 promotion examinations. The exercise, which covers staff on Grade Levels 07 to 17, is set to hold on Saturday, 24th January 2026, at 9:00 am prompt.
Registration and Document Requirements: The online registration portal opens at 3:00 pm today, Thursday, 15th January, and will close at 11:59 pm on Wednesday, 21st January 2026. Eligible candidates must upload their Letter of First Appointment, Last Promotion Letter, and a passport photograph with a red background.
The Board warned that failure to upload these specific documents will render an application invalid. Additionally, senior officers on Grade Level 14 and above must possess an original Degree Certificate to be eligible for the Computer-Based Test (CBT).
Mandatory Identification To gain entry to the examination halls, all candidates are strictly required to present three forms of identification:
Their KWASRRA (Kwara State Residents Registration Agency) Identification Card.
National Identification Number (NIN).
Official Staff Identification Card.
Approved CBT Centres Staff members are free to register at any of the following three centres, regardless of their Local Government Area (LGA) of service:
- Kwara Central: Kwara State College of Education, Ilorin (CBT Centre).
- Kwara South: Kwara State College of Health Technology, Offa (CBT Centre).
- Kwara North: Lafiagi Emirate Information & Technology Hub, Emirs Road, Lafiagi.
The Board emphasized that strict compliance with these instructions is mandatory, as any deviation may lead to immediate disqualification.
