Rep Saba Commends Governor AbdulRazaq Over Security Gains in Kwara
Dr. Saba Ahmed Adamu, Member representing Moro/Edu/Patigi Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, has commended Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for his sustained efforts to combat banditry and kidnapping in Kwara State.
In a statement issued at the weekend and signed by his media aide, Bello Hamidu, Dr. Saba praised the governor's commitment to security, describing it as a reflection of genuine concern for the lives and property of residents.
He noted that the governor has demonstrated strong leadership by treating the safety of citizens with the same urgency as his personal security.
"Our governor and leader is performing incredibly well in every aspect of governance, and he deserves serious encouragement and commendation to do more," Dr. Saba said.
He lauded the governor's coordination of local and federal security agencies as "top-notch," calling it a clear demonstration of perseverance and leadership aimed at protecting the people of Kwara.
"From time immemorial, I have not seen or heard a leader painstakingly taking efforts from all angles to fully secure our state and uphold its status as the State of Harmony," the statement noted.
The lawmaker stressed that Governor AbdulRazaq's achievements in industrial development and urban renewal should not be undermined by insecurity, which poses a threat to residents' peace of mind.
"As our leader, I stand with you at this time and always, as you forge ahead in securing the state while consolidating your achievements to leave a lasting legacy for Kwara and indeed Nigeria," he added.
