Voice of Nigeria reports that renowned golfer Engr. Lanre Sagaya has lauded Ilorin Golf Club as a champion-making venue, celebrating its legacy of producing prominent golfers and veterans.

Speaking at the ICMA PRO-AM Open Golf Tournament held in Ilorin, Engr. Sagaya, who holds the title of Zana of Ilorin, expressed satisfaction with the tournament's organisation, stating that the four-day event exceeded expectations and attracted players from across Nigeria.

He commended the club's inviting ambiance and well-kept lush green course, which he sees as a key draw for golfers nationwide.
