Okasanmi said that a mother who was looking for her missing child had gone to a building at Oko Erin area to find itinerant hawkers of traditional medicine.

The PPRO also said that he did not confirm the report because investigation was yet to be carried out on it, and advised members of the public to go about their normal businesses without fear.

The report had it that four of the 13 children were girls, while two suspected kidnappers were arrested when residents of Okoerin community in Ilorin West Local Government Area of Kwara State uncovered a kidnappers den in the area.

According to some of the resident, the den, which is a storey building, was discovered when a woman was looking for her child who went to dispose of refuse under a bridge close to the area.

The woman was said to have raised the alarm, making some of the residents storm the building and to their suprise, 13 children were found in captivity.
