IEYDA commiserates with Patigi Emirate over death of Hon Ahmed Saidu Rufai

The Ilorin Emirate Youth Development Association has commiserated with the kwara state Governor, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq over the death of a member representing Patigi Constituency in the State House of Assembly, Hon. Ahmed Saidu Rufai.

This contained in a condolences message jointly issued by the National President of the Association, Alhaji Abdullahi Babatunde Salaudeen and the National Publicity Secretary of the Association, Alhaji Mohammed Uthman Jagunma in Ilorin, the state capital.

According to the statement, described the incident as a great loss to the State House of Assembly, members of All Progressives Congress (APC), the people of Patigi and kwara state as a whole.

The IYEDA also sympathized with the State House of Assembly, the Emir of Patigi, Alhaji Ibrahim Umar Bologi II, the entire people of Patigi and people of the state over the irreparable loss.

The Association prayed to Almighty Allah to give family, loved ones fortitude to bear the loss and grant him Aljanat fridous.

Hon Ahmed Saidu Rufai dead at the early hours of today at the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital after a brief illness
