Commandant urges cooperation between security agents, public

The Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps in Kwara State, Bello Ale, has called for cooperation between members of the public and security agents to effectively combat security challenges facing the country.

Ale made this plea on Monday while inaugurating a security post donated by Imam Hamzat College of Education, Oko Olowo, Ilorin to the NSDC in the state.

The commandant said that for a community to have an effective security network, there should be synergy between the people and security personnel, stressing that the people must share intelligent information, which the security personnel would work on to ensure the safety of lives and property.
