INEC Distributes 10 Additional Direct Capture Machines In Kwara State

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, in Kwara State says it has taken delivery of new ten Direct Capture Machines to make the ongoing continuous voters registration more smoother.

INEC commissioner in Charge of Kwara, Nassarawa and Kogi States, Alhaji Mahmud made this known while inspecting the facilities at ilorin west coalition center.

Alhaji Mahmud said the additional machines would help to address the issue of congestion in registration centres.

He explained that the commission is doing its best to ensure that only people of eligible age are registered.

The National Commissioner therefore appealed to those that have registered to visit various registration centers to collect their permanent voters card.

He however assured voters that all eligible registered voters would get their PVC before the general elections
