A statement signed by the NBA chairman, Mr. Dave Ajetomobi and M.O. Ubani, chairman, law week planning committee of the association, said the honours were part of activities marking its annual law week, which commences tomorrow through May 2.

They also said a lecture has been slated in honour of late Chief Alao Aka-Bashorun, on April 29, at Sheraton Hotels and Towers, Ikeja.
With the theme: "In Search for the Soul of the Nigerian Nation", the statement said other sub-themes lined up for the week-long activity include: "The Disconnect Between the Governed and The Government" and "Indigeneship and Settlers in the Nigerian Nation".

The statement also showed that Comrade Adams Oshiomhole of Edo State, former Abia State governor, Orji Uzor Kalu, Prof. Pat Utomi, Prof. Itse Sagay, Yinka Odumakin are guest speakers. It also said the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Adeyemi Ikuforiji, would be the chairman of the occasion.

The association also said Mr. Babatunde Raji Fashola (SAN) of Lagos State, who was honoured last year, would be the father of the dinner, while former Cross River State Governor, Mr. Donald Duke  and Uzor-Kalu, former governor of Abia State would be special guests at the dinner billed for Sheraton Hotels and Suits, Ikeja.
