Letters: Who owns Kwara?

Date: 2014-03-26

The statement made by President Goodluck Jonathan during his recent visit to Kwara State that by 2015 "we shall know who owns Kwara State" depicts confidence and forceful plots to recover the state and other states that the Peoples Democratic Party lost their governors to the opposition party. Nigerians are wary of this confidence without any basis or ground for such. It is obvious that the PDP is in a serious problem and Nigerians are tired of the party. Jonathan should go and maximise the remaining days of his administration to the optimum; this will help him to gain the young generation's support if he merits such. He should stop those provocative statements and face his work.

Samuel Osehenye,
