The Kwara State Primary Health Care Development Agency has rewarded five outstanding staff members with land allocations in recognition of their efficiency, dedication and professionalism.

The Executive Secretary of the agency, Nusirat Elelu, presented the allocation documents to the beneficiaries at a ceremony organised to fulfil the agency's earlier promise.

Speaking at the event, Elelu commended the awardees for their exemplary service and unwavering commitment to duty, noting that their efforts have significantly strengthened primary healthcare delivery across Kwara State.

"These officers have distinguished themselves through diligence, efficiency and unwavering dedication to service. Their recognition is a testament to the Kwara State Government's commitment to rewarding excellence and motivating its workforce," she said.

Elelu encouraged other staff members to emulate the honourees, assuring them that exceptional performance and dedication would continue to be acknowledged during the agency's annual end-of-year celebrations.

She reaffirmed that staff welfare remains a priority under the leadership of AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, adding that a motivated workforce is central to the ongoing transformation of primary healthcare in the state.

One of the beneficiaries, an immunisation officer, Sarat Yunus, expressed appreciation to the agency's management and pledged the continued commitment of the awardees to advancing quality primary healthcare service delivery.
