According to a news report from Royal News, the Kwara State Government has received commendation for its acquisition of advanced digital surveying equipment for the Office of the Surveyor General of the State.

ESV Abdulkareem Babatunde Sulyman, the Executive Chairman of Kwara State Geographic Information Service (KW-GIS), praised the government's initiative during the presentation of the ultra-modern survey equipment to Surv. Ibrahim Mohammed Alhaji, the State Surveyor General, in his office.

According to the Agency Chairman, “the State Government has spent huge sums of money in acquiring the equipment. Therefore, Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has fully changed the face of KW-GIS, particularly Office of the Surveyor General. In his response, the State Surveyor General, Surv.
