Kwara Gov congratulates Bar. Yahaya on NCP's appointment
Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has congratulated Barrister Olayiwola Yahaya on his appointment by President Bola Tinubu to serve as a member of the National Council on Privatization (NCP) as a private sector player.
Yahaya represents the North Central on the influential council.
Barrister Yahaya, an ally of the Governor, was the Secretary of the Kwara State Transition Implementation Committee (TIC) which prepared the ground for the inauguration of the Governor in 2019.
The Governor said the appointment is a honour well deserved for Barrister Yahaya for his loyalty and support for the administration over the years.
He thanked the President for the appointment, saying the state looks forward to having more befitting representation of party loyalists, chieftains and supporters in the various aspects of the Renewed Hope Agenda.
The Governor prays to God to guide Barrister Yahaya and others previously appointed as they take on the national assignments.
