Abdulrazaq Qualified to Run for Governor
AbdlurahmanAbdulrazaq flew the flag of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2019 elections.
In a unanimous judgment, the tribunal held that the allegation that AbdulRazaq was not qualified for the election could not be proven beyond all reasonable doubt.
The tribunal based its judgement on the submission of the West African Certificate Examination that confirmed that the secondary school certificate presented by the APC candidate was genuine.
The tribunal subsequently stuck out all the grounds of the petition.
Meanwhile the tribunal will give another judgment later this afternoon in another petition filed by Action Alliance against the election of AbdulRazaq
