'Kwara won't rationalize staff of tertiary institutions'

Date: 2017-06-16

The Kwara State government has dispelled speculations about likely rationalization of staff of government-owned tertiary institutions in the state.

The institutions include Kwara State University, State Colleges of Education, College of Arabic and Islamic Legal Studies, Schools of Nursing and Midwifery, and the School of Health Technology.

In a statement issued yesterday by the Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Isiaka Gold, the government said the ongoing restructuring of the institutions did not include staff rationalization.
