New year: Kwara Speaker admonishes Nigerians on overcoming challenges

Speaker, Kwara State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Dr. Ali Ahmad has congratulated Nigerians for the new year, emphasising the need to come together for the purpose of overcoming the present challenges facing the nation.

Ahmad, in his new year message to Nigerians is?sued by his Special Assistant on Media, Shuaib Abdulkadir reiterated that getting out of the problem is imperative for every Nigerian.

The Speaker challenged the Federal Government to explore every available means to get the country out of recession, noting that it is achievable in no distant time.

Ahmad expressed his belief in the present administration's efforts and commitment to make things better for the country, calling on Nigerians not to relent in prayers and support to enable it achieve its objectives for the country.

The Speaker also admonished Nigerians to continue living harmoniously with one another irrespective of their ethnicity, religious or political affiliation in order to move forward as an entity.

He further reiterated the State House of Assembly's commitment ?to the peoples welfare and specifically pledged to continue to strive for Kwarans wellbeing.
