Kwara Utd, Bees for NNL replay

Date: 2014-12-04

The inconclusive NNL Week 30 duel between Ranchers Bees and Kwara United will now be replayed next week Tuesday at the Fifa goal project Pitch in Abuja.

The encounter, which was the last tie of the season between the two Glo Premier League seekers, was abandoned with the score tied at 2-2 in Kaduna.

Kwara United were two goals up in the first half, but Ranchers Bees found their rhythm in the second half to level the scores.

The visitors' officials then claimed that they were assaulted by Ranchers Bees' fans, forcing the match to be abandoned.

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) appeals committee ruled late on Wednesday in Abuja that the match must be replayed next week Tuesday in Abuja.

Kwara United must win the encounter next week Tuesday for the Afonja Warriors to get the promotion ticket back to the Premier League.
