Kwara Assembly holds valedictory session for deceased member
The motion for the valedictory session was moved by the Majority Leader of the assembly, Alhaji AbdulGaniyu AbdulKareem and seconded by Hassan Oyeleke representing Essa-Sawo constituency.
The majority leader, who described the deceased lawmaker as a complete gentleman, added that he contributed to the achievement recorded by the seventh Legislature in Kwara State.
He also said that late ldris was an an astute politician who uplifted the standard of living of several people at the grassroots.
In his remark, the lawmaker representing llorin North constituency, Abdulfatai Salman, described the late legislator as an epitome of courage, honesty, humility and steadfastness.
