UNILAG Alumni Honours Sultan, Aregbesola, Bolaji Abdullahi
Sultan of Sokoto Sa'ad Abubakar and the Osun state governor, Rauf Aregbesola are to receive the outstanding Muslims awards by the University of Lagos Muslim alumni.
A statement by the spokesman of the alumni Abdulrazak K. Asaju yesterday said the duo would be awarded during the 6th University of Lagos Muslim Alumni Re-Union luncheon on Sunday in Lagos.
It said the immediate past minister of sports Bolaji Abdullahi, Unilag Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Rahamon A. Bello and the chairman of Murhi international group; Muritala Gbadeyanka would also receive various awards at the events.
Former Kwara state governor, Senator Bukola Saraki will present a paper on: "Political Stability, a Necessity for Economic Development," at the event, where the union would unveil its development projects.
