Kwara United ready to consolidate on League's position

Kwara United have said that they will not rest on their oars,adding that they would strive to put in their best,in ensuring that they consolidate on their current league position in the Nigerian Professional Football League.

The Ilorin based club,currently lies in third position,behind League leaders Heartland and Kano Pillars in second,after amassing a total of 25 points from 15 games.

"Presently, we are doing everything possible to strengthen and finish on top, this current NPFL season," technical director of Kwara United,Samson Unuanel, told the News Agency of Nigeria(NAN)

"We have dedicated players that play week in, week out, to ensure that we maintain our current form and move to the top of the league," he said.

Unuanel stressed that the new players,Kwara United signed last month contributed in their change of fortune.
