The Kwara State Focal Person of the North Central Development Commission (NCDC), Sulyman Lanre Sulyman, has expressed gratitude to Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu following his appointment.

In an appreciation message addressed to the Governor, Sulyman thanked AbdulRazaq for supporting him and expressing confidence in his capacity to serve in the commission.

He described his consideration for the role as a great honour and an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the development of Kwara State and the North Central region.

Sulyman commended the Governor for what he described as his "remarkable commitment and unprecedented investment" in youth development and empowerment.

He said the administration's initiatives had created opportunities for many young people across the state, adding that he felt "proud and privileged" to be among the beneficiaries of the Governor's youth-focused programmes and policies.

Sulyman also thanked President Tinubu for establishing the North Central Development Commission, describing it as an important intervention intended to address the developmental needs of states in the region.

He further commended the President's Renewed Hope Agenda, which he said had continued to facilitate the delivery of democratic dividends through various policies and programmes.

The NCDC focal person pledged to justify the confidence reposed in him by working diligently to advance the interests, development and prosperity of Kwara State through his responsibilities at the commission.

Sulyman also reaffirmed his loyalty and commitment to Governor AbdulRazaq, whom he described as his "father, leader and mentor."
