Kwara Await Governor's Approval to Name Coach

Management of Kwara United are expected to meet Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed on Wednesday for an approval for the team's coach for next season.

Club's spokesman Olayioye Ajide told newsmen that the management have settled for a 'very good' coach which would be announced not later than 24-hours after the Governor's approval.

-The Management are meeting the Governor today to explain the reason for their choice of coach and also to get an approval from the Governor.

Barring any unanticipated development, we should be able to announce the coach we have chosen latest by tomorrow (Thursday) afternoon, he told futaa.com

He confirmed that there was a large interest shown by coaches in the job but only 11 were short-listed and interviewed.
