13 Die In Ogbomoso-Ilorin Express Road Auto Crash

Thirteen people, 12 males and one female on Wednesday lost their lives in an auto crash along Ogbomoso-Ilorin express road.

The victims were said to have died on the spot before any medical attention could reach them.

An eye witness told journalists that the passenger bus with registration number FSS 230 XJ which was coming from the north collude with a stationed truck with registration number APP 704 XG parked by the road side.

Aderemi Akanmi a journalist who work with a radio station said "When we got there none of them was alive to tell us what happened because they were all dead, their body were in pieces."

A road safety officer who spoke under the condition of anonymity said the incident would have been averted if the driver drove with caution.
