Kwara NUJ holds late Hamudalat Aremu Ramadan lecture
The Kwara State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists(NUJ) would hold a Ramadan lecture in honour of the late wife of the foremost labour leader, Hamudalat Aremu.
The event is a prelude to the series of events in this year's Press Week council. A statement jointly signed by the Chairman and Secretary of 2016 Press Week, Mr Isiaka Babatunde and Ahmed Lateef, said the event would hold at the NUJ Press Center, GRA, Offa road, Ilorin.
The Ramadan Lecture will take place tomorrow (Saturday, June 25) by 10am prompt. An erudite scholar and the Head of the Department, Performing Art, University of Ilorin, Professor Abdulrasheed Abiodun Adeoye would deliver lecture at the event.
