A statement signed and made available to newsmen by the Chairman,Chief Sam Maduka Onyishi in Enugu yesterday maintained that ninety percent of travelers in the country who use the roads were increasingly subjected to inhuman treatments in parks occasioned by the lack of vehicles to link them to any part of the country in a timely manner. "Most commuters as experience has shown, waste manhours in various parks waiting to board vehicles that will convey them to their destinations.
