Kwara Community Leader Lauds Buhari, Osinbajo
The President General of Orisun Igbomina, Chief Gbenga Awoyale, has expressed his heartfelt congratulations to Muhammadu Buhari and Professor Yemi Osinbajo on their inauguration ?as President and Vice-President of Nigeria, respectively, saying their victory at the last general elections was unprecedented.
He noted that "if not for the understanding and the fear of God inherent in former President Goodluck Jonathan, the nation would have been in another period of bloodbath, which would have harmed the peace and unity of the country, would have taken place.
Awoyale who spoke to journalists at the Ilorin International Airport, on Sunday, urged Buhari not to jolt Nigerians by failing tomeet up with his numerous campaign promises noting that "the masses are very fast at counting days owing to high hopes and expectations."
