Two Peoples' Democratic Party, PDP, hopefuls in Kwara State have indicated their preparedness to accept the candidature of each other should any of them emerge the candidate in the primaries.

They are a governorship aspirant of the party in 2003, John Dara, and Senator Suleiman Ajadi, the current Special Adviser to President Goodluck Jonathan on National Assembly Matters.

The duo also expressed their intentions to support whoever emerges the standard bearer among other aspirants.

They spoke in turns, stating their aspiration to ensure that the 'enslavement' to 'a family', which had been dominating the political affairs of the state for four decades, was discontinued.

Dara and Ajadi spoke at a luncheon organised by the latter for his political associates at his residence in Ilorin.

Dara, who extolled the virtues of Ajadi, wished him the best of luck if he eventually joined the contest for the party's ticket.

Ajadi reciprocated Dara's gesture, saying that what was most important was for the PDP to lead a new government and bring about a change in the governance of the state.
