Kwara NUJ holds media round table on Thursday
The programme tagged "Abdulfatah Ahmed Media Round Table", in honour of Kwara State Governor, will hold on Thursday December 15, 2016 at 10am at NUJ Press Centre, Offa Road, GRA, Ilorin,
A statement jointly issued by the Chairman and Secretary of 2016 Press Week Committee of the State NUJ, Mr Isiaq Babatunde and Mr Ahmed Abdullateef, said the media round table, which is one of the series of events lined up for the Press Week, will feature the Senior Special Assistant to the State Governor on Media and Communication, Dr Muideen Akorede as keynote speaker on the theme "Project Kwara: Our Collective Responsibility for Shared Prosperity".
According to the statement, the media round table also known as Media Parliament, is a platform designed to interact with top-rated media practitioners in the State.
It added that the platform was principally aimed at informing, enlightening and educating Nigerians on vital issues of development.
