Ishi Homes Limited, a Lagos-based real estate development company, has completed the AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq Estate, popularly known as Morire City, in Offa, Kwara State, as part of its efforts to expand access to quality housing across Nigeria.

The company said the fully integrated estate comprises more than 400 housing units financed through the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria.

Named after the Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, the estate recognises his administration's contributions to urban renewal, security and investment promotion in the state.

Speaking on the company's vision, the Founder of Ishi Homes Limited, Otunba Dr Olayinka Ilufoye, said the organisation is committed to bridging Nigeria's housing deficit by developing secure, modern and affordable residential communities.

"At Ishi Homes, our goal is to bridge Nigeria's housing gap by delivering quality, secure and well-planned communities with modern amenities and flexible payment options," he said.

Ilufoye explained that Kwara State's progress in urban development and investor-friendly policies influenced the decision to name the estate after Governor AbdulRazaq.

The AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq Estate, also known as Morire City, is designed as a self-sustaining community featuring residential homes, supermarkets, banks, schools, a fuel station and other commercial facilities.

The development offers different housing options, including two-bedroom semi-detached houses, three-bedroom homes with boys' quarters, and premium plots for terraces and detached duplexes.

According to the company, the estate's master plan incorporates quality road networks, drainage systems, security infrastructure, green areas and reliable power facilities to provide residents with a comfortable living environment.

Ishi Homes also disclosed that it is executing other major housing projects, including Prime One Sangotedo in Lekki and Yabatech GRA in Lagos.

The company reaffirmed its commitment to providing affordable housing through transparent processes, verified land titles and strategic real estate developments across the country.

It added that construction is ongoing at several project locations, while information on sales, allocations and inspection schedules will be announced through its official communication channels.
