Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq's efforts to address poorly maintained roads across the state's three senatorial districts have garnered praise from residents and admirers, who hail him as a visionary leader and exceptional achiever.

The upgrade of Ibrahim Taiwo Road/Popo Road in Offa Local Government Area (LGA) is nearing completion, standing at 95% progress. This project is set to join a growing list of road improvements under the governor's rural-urban renewal initiative, which has gained widespread acclaim for transforming infrastructure across Kwara.

Completing the Ibrahim Taiwo Road/Popo Road will not only enhance road safety and improve vehicular movement but also boost the local economy, as traders from and outside the Offa Local Government Area can easily access the road for their daily trading activities.

His Excellency Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq's rural-urban renewal initiative has improved most of the critical infrastructure, including the major roads across the state, and delivered two solid flyovers, namely General Tunde Idiagbon Flyover (Tanke Area) and Dr. Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari Flyover (Unity Roundabout).
