Members of the highly revered Ilorin Emirate Council in Kwara State have expressed their support for Senator Bukola Saraki's political leadership of the state.

The emirate council that comprises all the kingmakers in Ilorin also said that there was no other qualified person to take over the political leadership of the state other than Senator Saraki in view of his past achievement.

The council members include the Balogun Fulani, Alhaji Atiku Duroshinlohun, Balogun Gambari, Alhaji Aliu Mohammed, Balogun Ajikobi, Alhaji Issa Mohammed, Balogun Alanamu, Alhaji Abubakar Akanbi and Mogaji Are, Alhaji Aremu Zubair.

Duroshinlohun who is the most senior Balogun disclosed this at the weekend during the thank-you-visit of Saraki to the palaces of the chiefs in Ilorin.

He noted that Saraki had turned around the fortunes of the state and its people during his eight years as the governor of the state.
