GOBIR CONGRATULATES PROF IBRAHIM GAMBARI ON HIS APPOINTMENT AS THE CHIEF OF STAFF TO THE PRESIDENT

Prominent son of Ilorin and Waziri Hausa, Waziri Yakubu Gobir has congratulated Prof. Ibrahim Gambari on his appointment as the Chief of Staff to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

In a statement signed by Waziri Yakubu Gobir and made available to the press, he expressed extreme joy and gratitude to President Muhammadu Buhari GCFR, for finding a prominent son of Ilorin worthy of appointment to the exalted position

He described Prof. Ibrahim Gambari as a man of international repute and excellent character, with a high level of integrity that would complement President Muhammadu Buhari. Professor Ibrahim Gambari will add great value to this administration.

He said, considering his wealth of experience and pedigree, Prof. Gambari is no doubt eminently qualified for the position. He is confident that Prof. Gambari would bring all his years of experience to bear in handling the herculean task of Chief of Staff to the President. Especially at this critical time in the Nation's history.

Waziri Gobir also congratulates His Royal Highness Alh. (Dr.) Ibrahim Zulu Gambari, the Emir of Ilorin, the Ilorin Emirate Descendant Union and the entire indigenes of Ilorin and Kwara State in general for this great achievement.

Waziri prays that Allah SWT should guide and protect Prof. Gambari, and give him the wisdom and good health to excel in his new assignment.
