Kwara United Goes on Break

Kwara United FC has given players and coaches two weeks break to enable them refresh and prepare for the next league season.

The club's media officer Olayioye Ajide said that the board of the Ilorin side has declared its determination to restructure and overhaul the club in every department to enhance better and improved performance in the 201213 season when the team comes back from the break.

The board appreciated the commitment of coaches, players and staff noted that they will give fair treatment when the overhauling exercise begins.

"Now the league has ended, there is need for everybody to get refreshed and prepare for the task ahead even as we are going to restructure the club to enhance effective performance next season".

Chairman of the club, Bamidele Aluko added that the revitalization exercise is highly imperative and no stone will be left untouched as the club prepares for next season.

He also appreciated the Kwara State government under the leadership of Alh. Abdulfatah  Ahmed for unquantifiable financial and moral support as well as teeming supporters and football lovers in the state.

He reiterated the determination of the board to ensure necessary machinery is put in motion to ensure better results next season.

Kwara United finished 6th on the log with 52 points.
