Fuel Crisis: Teenager Burnt To Death In Ilorin

As fuel crisis lingers in Kwara State a teenager has reportedly lost his life in Ilorin, the state capital after purchasing fuel.

The young man was said to have been burnt to death by a fire fueled by the petrol he bought after being involved in a road accident.

The incident which occurred around Zango area of the metropolis on Monday also left another person half burnt.

It reportedly happened when the teenager had bought a keg of petrol from a fuel station and mounted a motorcycle on his way back home.

However, the motorcycle had a head-on collision with a private car in the Zango area causing the petrol to fall off his hand, spill on the ground and attracted a spark from which a flame resulted.

The second occupant on the motorcycle was also burnt severely but did not die.
