Kwara Approves Sale of Residential Quarters to Civil Servants

The Kwara State Government has approved the sale of government residential quarters to civil servants on owner occupier basis at subsidized rates as part of measures to boost the morale of civil servants in the state.

The State Commissioner for Information and Communications, Prince Tunji Moronfoye announced this at the post Executive Council Meeting Press briefing on Thursday in Ilorin.

Prince Moronfoye said government's decision was on the heels of car loan facilities provided for different cadres of civil servants. He advised the civil servants to reciprocate government's gesture through commitment to duty at all time

On heath care, Prince Moronfoye said that the Abdulfatah Ahmed adminstration has reduced hospital card fees primary health care centres from N200 to N20 while the State Medical Advisory Board has been reconstituted for the fast tracking of government's resolve that people have access to medical care within 500 meters
