2,145 NYSC Members to Pass Out in Kwara

A total of 2,145 National Youths Service Corps (NYSC) members serving in Kwara would complete the programme on Thursday.

This was contained in a statement issued on Tuesday in Ilorin by the Public Relations Officer of the NYSC in the state, Mr Oladipo Morakinyo.

Morakinyo said that the 2013 Batch 'B' corps members would be issued with certificates of national service.

He said that some deserving corps members would also be conferred with the NYSC state honours award for their outstanding performance during the service year.

Morakinyo further said that Gov. Abdulfatah Ahmed of Kwara was expected to preside over the passing out parade scheduled for the Metropolitan Square in Ilorin.

According to him, the governor would deliver President Goodluck Jonathan’s farewell address to the corps members.

He also said that the governor would confer NYSC honours awards on deserving recipients (NAN)
