Super 6 Academy Football Tourney Kicks Off
Six football academies drawn from Edo, Kwara and Lagos States are participating in the maiden edition of the Super 6 Academy Football Conference tournament which kicked off at the NIS pitch, National Stadium, Lagos.
The six football academies include Cowbell Football Academy, City of David Football Academy, Staruf Football Academy, Edo State Academicals, Kwara Football Academy and a team from the Lagos State Football Association.
A giant trophy donated by the chairman of the Lagos Football Association, Barrister Seyi Akinwumi is at stake.
Declaring the tourney open, the Lagos FA boss said his association would support the tournament because it is credible and forms the future of Nigerian football.
