Moshood Mustapha rallies support for Buhari, Ahmed

Date: 2015-01-02

A member of the House of Representatives, Hon. Mashood Mustapha, has urged the people of Kwara State to vote en masse for the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, General Muhammadu Buhari, in the February general election. Mustapha, who made the call when he distributed food items to selected members of the society on New Year eve, also called on them to ensure the return of Kwara State governor, Alhaji AbdulFatah Ahmed, to Ilorin Government House by voting massively for APC during the elections.

According to the federal lawmaker, who is representing Asa/Ilorin West constituency in the lower chamber of the National Assembly, Buhari, being a highly disciplined man, is endowed with the wherewithal to tackle the nation’s hydra-headed problems.

According to him, Buhari would not condone indiscipline and corruption from any quarters and as a result, will be in a position to channel the nation’s resources appropriately. He said the need for the people of Kwara State to re-elect Governor Ahmed arises from the fact that he has implemented peopleoriented programmes and policies in the past threeand- a-half years.
