Kwara United Coach Vows to Fight for Every Point in Final Three NPFL Matches

Date: 2026-04-27

Kwara United technical adviser, Suleiman Ashifat, has expressed his team's determination to secure a positive result in their last three matches in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).

The Harmony Boys will face Niger Tornadoes, Enyimba and Bayelsa United to close out the 2025-26 NPFL season.

Ashifat cautioned his players against complacency despite the club's league position.

"We have to fight and contest for every single point in the remaining three games," Ashifat told Completesports.

"Every point matters a lot now, and we are going to fight to the last drop of blood because we do not want any regrets, starting with this game against Niger Tornadoes.

"Yes, Kwara United could be said to be safe on the table, but that should not deceive us into believing that we are home and dry."

Kwara United sit in 15th position on the NPFL table with 43 points.
