Offa Poly begins road construction

Federal Polytechnic, Offa, Kwara State (FEDPOFFA), has launched the construction of a 1.2km road network with installation of electrical and solar-powered street lights.

In a statement issued by the Acting Head of Public Relations, Esther Oyinloye, the Rector,

Dr. Kadiri Oluwatoyin, said his goal is to make the polytechnic function in all forms of development, improve staff productivity, upgrade academic programmes and direct infrastructural development.

The polytechnic, according to Dr. Kadiri, “is still a project in progress, a continuously evolving entity and a growing system.”

Speaking with the contractor, the Deputy Rector (Administration), Dr. Salimonu Rasheed Isaq, urged them to complete the project with the highest quality.
