KWSG to End Scarcity of Water in Kwara

Kwara state government has reinstated its commitment to ensuring an end to water scarcity in the state.

The statement was made today by the Honourable Commissioner for Water Resources, Alhaji Abdulwahab Femi Agbaje, during a working visit to the ongoing project at Jebba waterworks in Moro local government area of the state.

Alh Agbaje said that the governor has given the ministry a marching order to ensure that all the nooks and cranny of the state have access to clean, potable water supply. He, therefore, implored the engineer handling the project to speed up the pace and ensure it is completed as soon as possible.

While responding, the project Contractor Engr. Samuel Bbolaji said that work is steadily ongoing. He assured of its speedy completion as mandated by the commissioner.
