Kwara Speaker congratulates Saraki @56 ...describes him as State worthy Ambassador

The Speaker, Kwara State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Dr. Ali Ahmad has felicitated with the Senate President, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki on the occasion of his 56th birthday celebration, describing him as a blessing to the state and Nigeria

A congratulatory message issued by the speaker's Special Assistant on Media, Shuaib Abdulkadir on Wednesday said Saraki, at all times has proven to be a true Kwara Ambassador worthy of emulation.

Ahmad noted that the medical doctor- trained decision to delve into politics had over the years proven a right step taken which allows him to also contribute meaningfully to the growth and development of Nigeria.

He said records available show that he has continously delivered, adding that Saraki's achievements as a governor, chairman, governors' forum and as the incumbent Senate President are clear evidences that he knows his onions.

The Speaker noted that Allah has used Saraki's life to touch millions of Nigerians positively with his efforts in national development, stressing that history would never forget him having already ranked at par with statesmen of yesteryears.

As the Senate President and Chairman, National Assembly, he stressed that the senate president's astuteness has ensured that the National Assembly was always alive to its duties and responsibilities through the enactment of laws that have direct and positive impact on the citizenry.

"We are proud of your sterling and exemplary leadership and worthy contributions to national development", he added.

He further prayed Allah in His infinite mercy to always guide and grant the senate president the required wisdom, knowledge and understanding to enable him further achieve success in life.

Also, Ahmad tasked Kwarans and Nigerians to continually supporting Saraki and the 8th Senate in order to further make meaningful laws for the country.
